What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
We offer free shipping on orders over $99.99.
For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of $9.99 applies.
When will my order be shipped and how long will it take to arrive?
Your order will be delivered within 1–4 business days.
Please note that during public holidays, shipments will be dispatched on the next business day. Delivery times may vary depending on courier workload during busy periods.
You will receive updates regarding your order and shipping status via the email address you provided during checkout, allowing you to track your delivery.
How should genuine leather shoes be cared for?
To extend the life and preserve the appearance of your genuine leather shoes, we recommend the following care tips:
- Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture. If your shoes get wet, let them air-dry naturally, away from direct heat sources.
- Clean regularly using a soft, damp cloth to remove dirt and dust.
- Use a leather conditioner periodically to maintain the leather’s suppleness and prevent cracking.
- Store in a cool, dry place, preferably in their original box or a dust bag, to protect them from sunlight and dust.
- Use a shoe tree to help maintain the shape and prevent creases.
