JEYKA offers free standard shipping on all online orders over $99 within Australia.
Once you have placed your order, our team at Jeyka will work tirelessly to get your order to you as soon as possible. Orders placed where stock is available at our online warehouse, will be dispatched promptly.
- Please allow 2-14 business days for delivery within Australia.
- Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Due to the pandemic, social distancing and safety precautions, local pick up in-store maybe allowed.
- Delivery times may vary during special events or offers.
Your order may have been returned to our warehouse for numerous reasons. This may be due to failure of parcel collection, incorrect address or delivery details or failure to sign. JEYKA is not responsible for shipping on orders returned to our warehouse and the shipping will be subtracted from the total order refund once processed. Shipping will need to be paid by customers if order goes out the second time for delivery as first delivery fee is covered by JEYKA.
